DESCRIPTION:Welcoming all to join us\, as we reminisce and celebrate the 70th Anniversary of your much loved social club.\nIn December 1955 the Great Central Railway purchased the club\, opening solely for the Railway workers.\nBy 1970 the Railway workers bought the club off the Railway\, opening it up to the public to become the members club we know today. \nWe’d like to commemorate this milestone\, by hosting a walk down memory lane: \nHappy Hour 12-6pm \nDisplay of archived photos  \nModel Railway (open on top floor) \nComplementary Buffet  \nShould you have any memorabilia relating to the club\, railway\, or from events held here\, please feel free to bring it along with you on the day.\nAn opportunity for everyone to share their fond memories throughout the many years of this remarkable venue.
